Position Overview
E & K Heating & Air is a family-owned HVAC company based in Georgia. We pride ourselves on clear communication, honest service, and treating our clients like family. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Client Experience Specialist to support our day-to-day operations and serve as the first point of contact for our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and providing a calm, professional presence. You will work closely with the owner to ensure every client interaction reflects the level of care and professionalism E & K Heating & Air is known for.
What You’ll Be Doing
Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
Respond to client inquiries and provide general service information
Schedule appointments using our scheduling system
Accurately document call notes and important details
Relay technical or urgent matters to the owner and, when needed, the technician
Help ensure every client interaction is clear, kind, and consistent
Requirements
Strong verbal communication skills
Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently while following established processes
Comfortable using basic computer systems and scheduling software
Previous customer service or scheduling experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
This is a part-time, remote position with set weekday hours. We are currently considering the following schedule options:
Monday–Wednesday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
Final scheduling will be discussed during the interview process to ensure a good fit.
Pay
Starting pay will be discussed during the interview process and is based on experience. This is a part-time role with consistent, scheduled hours.
Trial Period
This position will begin with a 30–60 day trial period. During this time, both E & K Heating & Air and the Client Experience Specialist will have the opportunity to ensure the role is a good fit. Clear expectations, training, and ongoing support will be provided, and open communication is expected throughout the trial period.
This role is part-time and at-will, and either party may end the working relationship at any time.
